1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following locations:
- Domestic Shipping: All regions within Australia
- International Shipping: Global shipping to any country
Note: Due to legal or logistical restrictions, there may be locations where we cannot deliver. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you before processing your order.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order is processed, it will be shipped out according to the selected shipping method.
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5 PM ACST will be processed on the next business day.
- Pre-orders or Custom Items: For pre-orders or custom-made items, please allow an additional 5 days for production before shipping.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options to ensure your convenience:
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
International Shipping
- Express International: 3-10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing (for international orders). Customer will be notified if this is the case.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Here is an overview:
- Domestic Standard Shipping: $10 AUD or free over $300 AUD
- Domestic Express Shipping: $15 AUD
- International Express Shipping: $20 AUD
Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment through the Courier Service website or directly from your account on our website.
If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team at info@klereseraph.com for assistance.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, please be aware that additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be applied when your order reaches its destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delays Due to Customs: Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite the customs process or cover any customs-related fees.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an error is found after placing the order, please contact us immediately at info@klereseraph.com.
- Reshipping Fees: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We take great care in packing your orders, but once the package is handed over to the carrier, we are no longer liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you need assistance with this process, you may contact us at info@klereseraph.com.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the items inside and contact us immediately at info@klereseraph.com.
- Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen packages once delivered. Please ensure the delivery address is secure or consider requesting "signature upon delivery" at checkout if you're concerned about theft.
9. Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was undelivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick it up from a local postal office, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
10. Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed for any reason (e.g., due to extreme weather conditions, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays.
